Donald Nikchevich, Jr., DDS

Dr. Nikchevich has been practicing in the Thousand Oaks area since 1991. He is experienced in all forms of oral surgery though he specializes in dental implantology and advanced implant techniques such as: distraction osteogenesis, full mouth reconstruction, advanced bone grafting with the use of platelet rich plasma, bone morphogenetic protein and bone ring augmentation, all-on-four technique, and sinus lift procedures.

​After receiving his Bachelors Degree from the University of Southern California, Dr. Nikchevich attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry where he earned his dental degree and became a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Following his graduation from dental school, Dr. Nikchevich began his residency at the Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center where he received his training for oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Nikchevich is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a Fellow in anesthesiology as recognized by the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. Additionally, he is currently the director of the Conejo/Simi Implant Study Club which is a continuing education society that organizes lectures from acclaimed speakers in order to benefit the local dental community.
