Sathish G. Palayam, DDS
Dr. Sathish G Palayam DDS, received his Doctor in Dental Surgery from The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. While implementing cutting edge technology in his own private practice, he also travels the world educating thousands of dentists around the globe on integrating exciting, fast-growing technologies.
Dr. Sathish is one of only a handful of dentists in the state of Massachusetts trained on LANAP an advanced laser-assisted periodontal osseous surgery and LAPIP, an implant surgical protocol along with 3D cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), as well as its application in surgical dentistry with predictable outcomes. He also lectures on robotic dental implant placement and workflows. He is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society training new dentists on dental office compliance and standard of care for better and more predictable treatment outcomes.
Sean Pierce, DDS
Dr. Sean Piece, DDS completed his three-year undergraduate education at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following his undergraduate course, he enrolled at the Marquette University dental school, where he completed his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He then attended UCLA School of Dentistry to complete a post-grad internship program in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Pierce has advanced knowledge and training in implant and oral surgery, TMJ treatment, and full-mouth reconstruction. He has undergone advanced training in oral surgery and dental implants at UCLA and has published his research on TMJ disorders and treatment multiple times in research journals. Since opening Pierce Aesthetics, Dr. Pierce has received national recognition for his commitment to pioneering advanced technologies. He was recently recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Dentist in America and was awarded a Top Doctor award for his excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He serves as Key Opinion Leader for Mavrik Whitening Systems and Neocis Robotics. Additionally, Dr. Pierce founded and operates California Dental Institute (CDI).
